The meaning of life, the universe, and everything...

Independent record shops.

Hello.
I hope that all is well with everyone.
Myself and Mrs. C have been out exploring our new area. On a recent visit to Swansea we came across a rarity in the UK. Any independent record shop.
These have become very few and far between over here lately. But this one was top quality.
In stock it had not only one but three SAGA albums. On cd but I was told that they have had vinyls as well. I didn't buy them as we already have all three but I did buy something off the back of that.
This may not seem like a big deal to many of you but I can't remember the last time I saw any SAGA in a record shop, vinyl or otherwise.

In Germany almost every "bigger" city has a little record store, even Suhl has one with top quality LPs, Prog Rock, Kraut Rock, Heavy, Thrash, Death, Jazz, everything. Love hanging out there and hearing stories from the owner, he simply knows EVERYTHING about progressive rock
