Saga 2016 European Tour (Spring Edition)

Postby Michael Sadler » April 19th, 2016, 3:06 pm

Hello Boys and Girls!

Just thought I'd drop by to let everyone know that the tour has gotten of to an amazing start, far exceeding my already high expectations! The response each night has been such that I'm reminded of the feeling I used to get each night during the period of time when the band's career curve was at it's highest. In each of the first four cities of the tour, Bensheim, Munich, Nurnberg and Pratteln, we were welcomed with tremendous enthusiasm and love, and to each of you that have attended any of the shows so far, thank you! Thank you so much for making the band feel the way we have felt each night at the end of the show ! In plain english...... You guys are great, and we're looking very much forward to seeing you all again in the not too distant future. For those of you who will be attending one of the upcoming shows, all I can say is we can't wait to share an evening with you! See you all soon!

Always,

Michael

Yay! Augsburg is one of the best cities to see SAGA! Gonna be there 2017 if they'll play there again!

It was awesome!! IT was weird sitting at a SAGA concert and the people around me were damn lame, almost sleeping but I tried to kick their asses and gave my best from up there in the theatre! The band was awesome, how should it be different! ;)

What a pitty that I have to wait til ROCK OF AGES now... But I've got some Maiden stuff to do the next months, so, no problem :smirk:

I found out, that medical doctors can be really human... ;) my journey back from the Show in Bayreuth ended in the Hospital...no, not seriously...a displaced vocal chord infection...no hurt...but extreme irritating...
the doctor there was a fan from Saga, and he had a great interest, how the Show was, the Music..it was a very good conversation...:-) .so, time went by and I went out from the Hospital with full of strong medicine for the next 2 weeks... :ahhh:

...it´s not funny, to have not really a voice, only a rasping sound...some friends were amused, that I couldn´t say nothing awhile...aahhh...
and I wondered, why I was a little confused the last weeks...maybe it was the infection...

Now, all is ok again...Seebronn is waiting... :boogie:  there I can sing again...not good...but loud...

see you there...
